Message from the Treasurer

On behalf of all members and staff of the Middle Temple I welcome Sir Christopher Ghika as our new Under Treasurer and I wish him every success and happiness in that role.  Sir Christopher has come from a most distinguished career in the armed forces and we are delighted that he has agreed to take up this vital role in the Inn. I look forward to working closely with Sir Christopher and I hope to have an early opportunity to introduce him to many of our members and staff.

I should also like to thank Guy Perricone very warmly for the sterling service he has provided to the Inn. We have been very fortunate in being able to draw on his wisdom and experience of the Inn and I am deeply grateful to him. He has been generous in returning to the Inn and in his support for Sir Christopher as his successor. We wish Guy every happiness in his retirement and we hope to see Guy and Nathalie often in the Inn.

Message from the Under Treasurer

It is a privilege to start as the Under Treasurer of Middle Temple and to continue the excellent work of Guy Perricone.  I come from an Army career of over thirty years spent in command and policy roles both in the UK and around the globe.  I was attracted to this role by the chance to contribute to leading an internationally respected institution into the future, because of the history and heritage that is a part of the Inn and the opportunity to further the work and development of the Bar through support to our members.   I am much looking forward to getting to know all those who work in and around the Inn as I find my way about in the coming weeks and months.
